    1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    Qolture makes it easy to place safe and secure orders online. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart and follow these simple steps before ordering:

    • Review the items in your cart to make sure you've chosen the correct colors, styles, and sizes
    • Fill out your shipping and billing information
    • Confirm and place your order using a credit card or PayPal account
    • Print out your order confirmation number for your records

    2. HOW DO I SAVE ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING CART?

    In order to save items in your shopping cart, you'll need a Qolture account. Once you've created your account, you can log in, browse for new items, and add as many items as you want to your shopping cart. If you aren't ready to check out immediately, you can come back to those items by logging back into your account and viewing your saved shopping cart at a later date. Saved items will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days.

    3. WILL I RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF MY ORDER STATUS AND SHIPPING?

    Within 24 hours of placing an order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. Once your order has been processed and your credit card has been charged, we will send you another email to let you know that your order has been shipped.

    4. WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY?

    Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing, and delivery of your order. Orders for in-stock merchandise are processed, shipped, and typically delivered within 7-14 business days, though some delivery areas may take longer. If there is any delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you by mail or email.

    Please note that some items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so some items may take longer to ship. In addition, items ordered together may arrive in different boxes or on different days.

    All of our items are shipped via dedicated delivery partners located within local delivery areas. If you require warehousing, have unique residential circumstances, or are in a remote location where standard delivery is not readily accessible, additional charges may apply. A recipient at your shipping address must be available to accept delivery and must be at least 18 years of age.
